Who are your founders, and what is their background?
Transformational Strategies Group LLC was co-founded by Dr. Christina Frederick and Dr. Victoria Lew, leaders in psychology, education, and organizational transformation.
Dr. Frederick brings over 30 years of experience as an educator, administrator, and researcher, with expertise in motivation, leadership, and well-being. She has partnered with top aerospace companies and government agencies, served as president of the Society of Psychologists in Leadership, and remains active in national leadership and management organizations.
Dr. Lew is an educator, researcher, and leader in Industrial/Organizational and Human Factors Psychology, specializing in motivation, leadership development, and organizational well-being. As Director of the MSIO program at Florida Southern College, she leads curriculum and strategic initiatives and is active in professional organizations such as SPL, APA, SIOP, and HFES.
